Gingerbread Houses in January

Here is a fun story: For the month of December there was a sign hanging at the CMR (post office) that some mail heading to Germany had been routed wrongly and they did not know how long the mail would be delayed. Mid January we received a package that was post marked December 2. My sister Emilee had sent us a gingerbread house kit! She had been wondering why I had not mentioned it at Christmas time! So we enjoyed building a house and decorating it. The best part though is always the eating of it!
