Our Stake Relief Society set up a day trip to Bamberg. A member of our stake is a professional tour guide and they made use of this talent. SO Rachelle Durtschi, Kimberly Porter, our three little boys, and I piled in Kim's car and drove to Bamberg together. It was a bit difficult being a part of a tour group with 3 little kids to recon with. But it still was fun learning about the bark famous for the area that is used in candies and medicines, and seeing the great history the town has to offer. In the end, we had to separate ourselves from the group and high-tail it home to pick up our school aged children. I barely made it, and poor Rachelle was 20 minutes late. What adventures!
